Gimme some of that yin

Gimme some of that yin.

I am obsessed with yin yoga. It is truly the most deliciously fulfilling practice. Spending 75 minutes getting into floor-based poses, adding props to find that comfortable edge, then sinking deep into the floor with my eyes closed for 5 minutes at a time, is how this physical practice translates into the meditative purpose of yoga for me. All at once being in my body and out of it, is absolute bliss.

Some of my reiki clients combine their healing session with a yin yoga class at the studio where I hold space for my appointments. Both members and non-members of the studio can book onto a class before or after receiving reiki, and often do.

If you want to schedule your appointment to fit in with the yoga class schedule just let me know when booking, so that we can pick a time that works around the class you want to attend, and I can let the studio know to save you a space 🙏🏼
